Commerce Cart abandonment

I watched a Webinar recently and while its not in my direct area of interest, it did raise some interesting points

Desktop 73%

Mobile is highest traffic, but lowest conversion

Desktop - 46% Traffic - 3.5% conv rate - 64% online sale revenue
Tablet - 5% Traffic - 2.8% conv rate - 4% online sale revenue
Phone - 49% Traffic - 1.7% conv rate - 32% online sale revenue

51% US smartphone users say they don't make purchases using a phone because desktop is easier

Reasons for cart abandonment

too long complicated process (28%)
